How to Create a Meal Plan Using the 21 Day Fix Portion Containers

One of the things I have heard so often recently is that meal planning is hard. This comment literally makes me stop and stare. Like whaaaaaa???

I don’t say that to be condescending. Because it is intimidating. But hard? Definitely not. At least not once you know what you are doing. I am here to help and to break this down to make it nice and easy on you.

I love the Portion Fix container system because it really helps me keep my portions in check and ensures that I am eating the right foods to fuel my body. And don’t be fooled by the containers… it is A LOT of food! I actually just had a challenger message me today and tell me that she was skeptical at first and didn’t quite believe me until she started using them.
