So I found a recipe years ago for Unstuffed Cabbage rolls and it was delicious. But then I couldn’t find it again. So I went ahead and just recreated it!! This makes a huge batch and when I divided it out, it made 7 servings! Great for a family with some leftovers! So without further adieu…
Unstuffed Cabbage
1 pound of ground beef
1 small onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
2 large cans of dice tomatoes
1/2 cup bone broth
4 cups brown rice, cooked
In large pot, add ground beef, onion garlic and salt. Cook until ground beef is browned completely through. Add cabbage, tomatoes and broth. Cover with lid and stir occasionally until the cabbage is softened. Add rice and mix. Remove from heat. Serve warm!
