With the snow blowing around out there, it is hard to deny that winter is coming. One thing I hate is being cold, so I figured I should try my hand at making soup. For a first time experiment, it isn’t too shabby! I really like the contrast of the hot sausage and the sweet potatoes. This made about 8 servings. Enjoy!!
