I had a hankering for ribs yesterday, so I grabbed some today at the store. Then I got home and wanted to make them a little healthier since I’ve dedicated myself to tightening up my diet these next 4 weeks, so I started doing some research on dry rubs. I found a few and decided to mix them up and create my own! It passed the picky husband test, so it must be alright 😊 It does have a little zing to it. If you don’t like spicy foods, I would cut the cayenne pepper in half.
