What’s a meal without dessert? You probably think that you can’t have dessert when you are eating healthy. False! The key is limiting the splurges… Or finding a healthy way to curb those sweets cravings!! These are super easy and you probably have everything you need already 🙂
Clean Eating Crockpot Cinnamon Apples
1 pound apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1 cup water
Peel and core your apples then slice to desired thickness. Place liner in crockpot or spray with non-stick spray. Place ingredients in crockpot and cook for approximately 3-4 hours.
