Clean Eating Workshop: Day 4

I know you want to, but DO NOT STEP ON THE SCALE YET! Try to only weigh yourself once a week or less. I judge how I am doing based on how my clothes fit (newly washed, not after a few wears) and how I feel. If you get on the scale and you don’t like what you see, you may be tempted to splurge or give up. When you do weigh yourself, make sure it is the same time of the day as when you first took your measurements. It does make a difference. The best time to do it is in the morning upon waking after voiding. They call that your “true” weight.
