Clean Eating Workshop: Day 3

Water, water, water. Did you know many people mistake thirst for hunger? The easy formula for how much water to drink is to take your weight and drink half that much in ounces. So if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be drinking at least 75 ounces of water every day. Do yourself a favor and buy a large water bottle and carry it with you everywhere! Refill any chance you get! I drink the most water while I am driving, so you will rarely see me in the car without my water bottle. And rest assured, the constant peeing will slow down once your body adjusts to the increased fluid intake.
