Clean Eating Workshop: Day 2

When you are going grocery shopping, stick to the perimeter of the store. You will notice the foods found on the outside perimeter walls are fresh foods – produce, meats, dairy, eggs, etc. The processed foods are found in the aisles – cereals, cookies, chips, etc. Make a list before going to the store and stick to it. Do not venture down the aisles unless it is for something in particular. You will risk those Oreos jumping into your cart!!
