Tips to Improve Mental Health Daily

For my last health + wellness plug of the month, I wanted to take a second to talk about mental health. Each of our mental health journeys are different and so personal, but there are some common practices that, when added consistently into your routine, can yield BIG results!

๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’• Set safe boundaries for work, home, and self-care

๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’• Engage your brain in new activities

๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’• Practice gratitude

๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’• Be intentional with having quiet + calm time, every day

๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’• Have limited, productive social media time
