Black Bean and Veggie Quinoa

Yummy, yummy in my tummy! I created this recipe this morning and had my eggs on top. It was fantastic! I knew I had to share! This makes quite a bit, so if you don’t want it for the week cut everything in half. For all the 21 Day Fixers out there, it would count as 1 yellow (filling up your yellow container as the serving size).
