It has been awhile since I have had a free group, so I thought I would start with legs. They are by far my favorite muscle group to work. It is your largest muscle group so you burn some serious calories when working them. Since the free group is almost over and I want to keep sharing, I’m going to post all 7 days right here. I would love to hear how you did with the workouts!
