Pope Fitness: Asian Cabbage Salad

It’s another Ultimate Reset recipe that was super easy and delicious. It called for 1/4 of a medium red onion in the recipe, but I don’t like raw onions. Feel free to add if you want! I’ll be topping with 1/4 of an avocado tomorrow for lunch along with some miso soup.

I bet this would be amazing with some grilled shrimp or chicken in it too!
