Pope Fitness: No Bake Shakeology Workout Bars

I am always being asked about what kind of granola bars are healthy. There are very few of the pre-packaged ones that aren’t full of chemicals and junk. Besides, homemade is always best because you know exactly what is going into them! These are perfect to fuel your body with the right foods after your workouts too. And they are super simple!

No Bake Shakeology Workout Bars

2 cups rolled oats

1 scoop vanilla Shakeology

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup chia seeds or flax seeds (or 1/4 cup of each!)

1/2 cup raisins or craisins (or 1/4 cup of each!)

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup light coconut milk

1/4 cup honey

Blend oats in blender to make a flour-like consistency. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Stir wet ingredients into dry and mix well. Press into 8×8 baking dish, cover and place into fridge until hardened. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy!!
