Hey everyone! I am super excited to announce my upcoming challenge group starting on May 15! In my opinion, May is the best month of the entire year. Not only is it my birthday month and Jordan’s, but we also get to celebrate Mother’s Day! All in the same week!
One thing I have learned as a mom is that you cannot pour from an empty cup. I’ve tried. And failed numerous times. It is so important to take care of yourself so that you can take better care of your family. Plus, you want to set a good example for your kids and live a healthy life.
The thing is that it isn’t always that easy, right? It is hard to find time to workout and make healthy meals. This group is all about focusing on short, effective workouts and quick, easy meals. I will work with you to create meal plans that are manageable and find a Beachbody workout program that will fit in your lifestyle.
All of us will help support the rest of the group to reach our goals before summer hits! Wouldn’t it be great to be 5-10 pounds down before then?
Leading up to the start of our challenge, I will be posting in the event page just like I would in the challenge groups so you can get a taste of what it is like before committing. There will be recipes, tips, easy workouts, etc.
