Ladies, ladies, ladies… Enough already! Seriously.
This summer, I am trying something different. I am going to stop saying mean things to that woman in the mirror. I am going to start using kind words instead of words I would never say out loud to another woman. I am going to lift myself up instead of always tearing myself down.
We are all guilty of this from time to time. But I think it is time to start doing something to feel better about yourself instead of beating yourself up all the time! It’s time to get confident, ladies!
I am starting a new group this summer where we are going to work on ourselves inside and out. Of course, there will be the traditional nutrition and exercise component. But we are also going to be reading Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis to help get our heads in the right place to start bring nicer to ourselves and loving who we are! I’ve been reading this book and cannot get enough. It has hit home about a million times already. It is a must read!
If you are not familiar with this book, let me just tell you that it is nothing short of amazing. The author is hilarious and tells real life stories about her own life that just about any woman can relate to. I have literally LOLed a few times when reading it. But that is not why it is so great. In short, she calls you out on your bullshit. She says it like it is and gives real tips to attacking your old mindset and changing it for the better.
So what will the group entail? We will work together to select the nutrition/fitness plan that will work best for you. You will incorporate Shakeology daily as a way to ensure that you are fueling that amazing body of yours the way it was meant to be fueled. We will eat clean and healthy. As your coach, I will be there every step of the way to empower you to find your confidence and help you live a happy, healthy and fulfilled life. I’ll also be posting a ton of healthy recipes, tips and tricks along the way. Plus, I am going to be there to help steer you away from the temptations and give you motivation to stick with your goals the entire time. And to make sure this fits into your daily life no matter how busy you are, everything can be done from the comfort of your own home. We will use this group to check in daily and all the workouts are able to be done at home!
