Ready for a new shake recipe?! For this one, I feel all the southern, tropical vibes without the next day hangover 😂 Are you ready for a hurricane of health?!

Tropical Strawberry Hurricane

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup 100% orange juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

Instructions

  • Place water, orange juice, ice, protein powder, and pineapple in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Top with your favorite drink umbrella and enjoy!
