
I’ve said it before, but I think it’s worth repeating – my fit community is so much more than workouts. Having hundreds of workouts on demand at my fingertips is so valuable, yes… but the real change in my health + wellness has come from the whole picture – accountability, community, nutrition education, and support of my mental health as well as my physical health 🙌
