It looks like most of you are doing very well with this challenge! Way to go! Now, I want to take it one step further. One week is doable. Anyone can eat healthy for just one week. Now we are getting into week 2 and it is going to get more difficult. You will have more temptations, especially with Thanksgiving this week! You are going to miss your old foods.
